In this round, the contender with the least number of votes is eliminated.

This was the final ballot of MPs. The 2 leading candidates – Boris Johnson and Jeremy Hunt – are now put forward to a ballot of Conservative Party members.

The winner of this next ballot will become leader of the Conservative Party and Prime Minister.
