The draft Political Declaration (22 Nov 2018) sets out the framework for the future relationship between the United Kingdom and the European Union and has been agreed at negotiators’ level and agreed in principle at political level, subject to endorsement by Leaders of the EU27 although the text isn’t legally binding on either party.
European Council President Donald Tusk today sent a copy to the EU27 Member States which, because of its layout, covers 36 pages, but is identical in content.
